Check the control room mic, make sure the on/off switch is depressed and the cable is securely connected. Observe the bar graph on the remote while talking into the mic, the audio level should display. |

The technologist cannot hear the patient, but the patient can hear the tech and music. |

Make sure the small speaker is securely connected to the back of the amplifier jack marked "Patient Speaker". Squeeze the squeezeball, if the tone is audible, the headset microphone might be bad. Contact Resonance Technology immediately to arrange a service call. |

Sound is audible on only one side of the Patient Headset. |

First check to see if both sides of the bargraph on the both the remote control, and the transducer, located in the magnet room, are correctly displaying.
If all the audio levels display correctly in the transducer, then the problem could be with the headphone or transducer box. |
